Notarization Requirements

Official identification: The notary will ask for identification to verify that you really are who you say you are.

 

Accepted forms of identification for having notarial services performed include the following:

• Florida-issued driver's license.

• Florida-issued identification card.

• U.S. military identification card, any branch.

• Any other State Identification Card.

• Resident alien identification card (green card).

• U.S. Passport.

• Foreign Passport Stamped by U.S. Customs.

• Inmate ID Card.
